What I Wore During Milan Men’s Fashion Week SS19
This post has been a long time coming.
You asked for more outfit posts. Well, your wish is my command. Here are all the outfits I’ve worn during Milan Fashion Week.

Milan still feels like a distant dream that I once dreamt many moons again. I never thought it could ever come to reality, but it did. I experienced so many milestone moments during my time in such a magical, wondrous city — home to the Piazza del Galleria and Duomo.
It’s safe to say that 2018 has been such a transformative year thus far. It’s also been so busy that I haven’t had time to properly recap the many outfits I’ve had the pleasure of wearing this year alone. (And for that, I do apologize!).
Going to Fendi for a personal fitting definitely fell under one of those “pinch-me” moments. As I stepped into the storied headquarters in Milan, I couldn’t help but react breathlessly with awe. I was beside myself when I finally walked into the showroom where I’d be trying out a few items for the upcoming men’s show taking place the following day. The fitting was followed shortly with an intimate cocktail hour, with four other influencers who were also being dressed for the show. Getting the opportunity to wear such stunning clothes from the Fendi closet just felt so special. And seeing the Spring/Summer 2019 collection up at the front row was just the cherry on top of the cake.
Similarly, at Diesel, where they held an all-inclusive collaboration collection designed by Glenn Marten of Y/Project, I was blown away. I loved how diverse the casting was, and the clothes were unbelievably stunning. Diesel could not have chosen a better design partner in launching this collection. The collection was daring, bold and fashion-forward, in all the best ways possible.
Last but certainly the least, I was given the royal red carpet treatment at the PORTS V dinner — an intimate dinner with esteemed guests, like Chadwick Boseman the host himself, all wearing no other than PORTS V. This is perhaps more meaningful than attending a regular show from the front row — we all became the show. Dinner was no short of spectacular company and conversation. What an amazing way to end a meaningful season at Milan Men’s Fashion Week! I greatly look forward to the next.
