Day 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5: A Recap of my NYFWM Streetstyle Looks

Blustery. Frigid. Unpredictable. The NYC climate often takes center-stage and dictates what one should be attired with for the shows during the AW18 season. This is how I did kept it chic, comfortable and functional throughout the wintry days of NYFWM.

My boldest outfit yet during NYFWM. An outfit that is fitting enough for the runway and easily translatable for street style.

With wind chills nearing the negatives, this Mackage parka became my second skin. An outerwear essential that I clung onto almost throughout the entire week.

Day 3

The elements can get pretty gnarly and nasty during the winter time in NYC. But this Moncler puffer jacket was even stronger against the elements. A timeless piece that will stand the test of time.

For evening strolls on the way to dinner when you want to pack up on layers but still maintain warmth, this outfit keeps you insulated from head to toe.

Bringing that athleisure meets formalwear flavor to the alleyways of NYC is no easy feat during the winter time. Underneath this outfit, the real hero is an Uniqlo HEATTECH thermal that kept me toasty through it all.

Fin.

To a fairly great extent, this is the most "me" I've felt for so long during NYFWM and NYFW. Sometimes, we have this tendency to over do it, perhaps for attention or out of insecurity. But this season, I really made it my own. What do you guys think? Love the layering? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
