I first spotted these Phillip Lim mesh shoes a few weeks back on SSENSE and could not stop thinking about them. After multiple virtual "hawking" sessions, I finally nabbed them at 50% off. Yes, it still hurt quite a bit, but shoes, especially when they're one of a kind, are worthwhile investments. My lifelong mantra: It's always almost better to invest and curate unique pieces than accumulate a mountain of generic duplicates.
